A memorial service will be at 10 a.m. Saturday, March 29, at the Liberty Lighthouse Fellowship Church, located on 321 Old River Crossing, Johnson City, TX 78636, followed by a graveside service at Rocky Creek Cemetery, located at 1324 Rocky Rd., Hye, TX 78635.

A reception celebrating Lou’s life will be held following the graveside service at the Williams Creek School House and Community Center, located on Ranch Road 1623 in Albert, Texas.
