Isaiah Lee Barragan/Ballard/ Gingersnap of Tow, Texas was born on a snowy day in Kansas City, Missouri on December 12, 1999, and passed on February 24, 2025, in a car accident at the age of 25. A celebration of life will be held Sunday March 23, 2025 at 2:00 p.m. at the Hill Country Hall, 15675 East Hwy 29 Buchanan Dam, Texas.

Isahia enjoyed playing video games and spending time with family and 'the love of his life,' fiancé, Brailee. He had the kindest heart and would give you anything he had.

Isaiah is survived by his fiancé Brailee Garrett, Mother and Stepfather Kandy and William Ballard of Tow, Father Michael Barragan of Independence, Missouri, Brothers Jonathon Tuma and wife Tiffany of Johnson City, Texas, Justice Cook of Holbrook, Arizona and nephew, Baby J. Mother-in-law and Father-in -law, Peggy and Lance Garrett, Sister-in laws Crystal Kohanek, Sydnee Garrett and brother-in-law Blake Frymire, and nephews Wylee Roberts, Lane and Ian Berryhill. He had also taken in Zach McKay and Melinda Englemen as his own children.

The family is hosting a benefit for Brailee, who sustained serious injuries in the same car accident that took Isaiah, and is now undergoing physical therapy and recovery.

The benefit is Saturday, March 22 at Hill Country Hall in Buchanan Dam. There will be a live auction, BBQ, raffles, and family friendly activities.
