Sheretta Kay Drescher It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our beloved mother, Sheretta Kay Drescher, who peacefully left us on December 7,2024 at the age of 61.

Sheretta Kay Drescher It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our beloved mother, Sheretta Kay Drescher, who peacefully left us on December 7,2024 at the age of 61. She was a devoted mother, nana, daughter, sister, auntie and friend, whose love and warmth touched everyone she encountered.

Born on September 19, 1963 in Kingman, Arizona. Sheretta was the daughter of Arthur James Bowie and Sheryl Jane Stephens Willmann. She had three children with Terry Drescher, and together they lovingly raised them, building a life grounded in love, respect and the importance of family.

Sheretta spent her life dedicated to her family, friends and community. Her kindness, unwavering strength, and boundless generosity were a guiding light for all who knew her. As a mother, she was a constant source of support, encouragement, and love, always putting the needs of her family above her own. Her favorite thing in life was being Brielle’s Nana, they had a very heartwarming, special bond since the moment she was born “Besties” and continued with frequent visits and daily facetime calls to laugh and play together.

Her nurturing spirit extended beyond her immediate family, as she was a friend to many, offering a listening ear, a comforting word, or a helping hand. She never met a stranger. Her laughter and smile were infectious, and her wisdom and grace will be remembered by all who were fortunate enough to cross her path.

Sheretta was preceded in death by her grandparents Art and Millie Bowie, Ed and Georgia Stephens, second Father Doug Willmann “Papa”, stepsister Kelli Willmann, Uncle Johnny Simpson, great niece Zoe Carr and many other aunts, uncles and cousins.

She is survived by her children, T.J., Vanessa (Barrett), Gerald; granddaughter, Brielle; parents, Sherry Willmann, Jim and Janet Bowie; siblings, June Antos (Chuck), Jimmy Bowie (Angela), Beaver Bowie (Erika), Yvette Bowie (Shawn), Jessica Cummins, Chester Bowie; and many other nieces, nephews and friends who loved her dearly.

A memorial service to honor her life will be held on February 6, 2025, at 3:00 p.m. at Wickenburg Country Club. In lieu of flowers, the family asks to do as our mother would do and be kind to everyone you meet and always offer an encouraging word or a hug.

Although she may no longer walk among us, Sheretta’s legacy of love, compassion and resilience will live on in the hearts of all who were blessed to know her.

May she rest in peace.
