It’s hard to believe that Spring is upon us once again!
And, you know what that means, the Mason Spring Arts and Wine festival is here! Join us this coming Saturday, April 5th from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. around the Square in Mason.
Magical Mason will soon be popping with color in more ways than one! Even in drought conditions Mother Nature is working her magic on the hills and in the valleys to bring us Spring wildflowers, while talented artists and winemakers are planning displays for their creations.
Every kind of art and craft that you can imagine will be here that day: ceramics, paintings, leather goods, bath products, candles, fiber art, jewelry, woodworking and more!
This year we are happy to have a new participant who will be setting up a Tiny Art booth where kids of all ages can paint a small canvas.
The winemakers of Mason all offer a special experience. They create fabulous award-winning wines from their vineyards where grapes are grown in the rich hickory sands of our county.
This Spring along with wine tastings, the owners of Robert Clay Vineyards will be hosting a podcast at their location, Texas Wine & True Crime from 12:00-2:00 p.m. followed by live music. How exciting is that?
If you would like to hear some chamber music, you can drop in to the Odeon where The Artisan String Quartet from Austin will play two pop shows: 1:00 and 2:15.
