Longtime Blanco coach Bryan Wyatt earned his 800th career victory as the Panthers dispatched Llano 12-2 on Saturday.
The Panthers, who are 9-8-1 overall and 3-0 in district games, also rolled to a 10-0 win over Brady on Monday.
Chris Martinez tossed five innings and struck out six to earn the win over Llano. Isaiah Mancha was three-for-four with four RBI, while Diego Soto hit two-for-three with two runs scored and two RBI. Matthew Rodriguez and Andrew Binz both went two-for-three with two RBI. Henry Pfluger had a hit and scored three runs. Jesus Chalico had a hit and one RBI.
Mancha threw a one-hitter and struck out five to get the win against Brady. Binz was two-for-four offensively, while Rodriguez hit two-for-three with three RBI. Mancha, Lane Bizzell, Jacob Johnson and Colby Murphree were all two-for-three with two RBI. Adrian Chalico had a single.
The Panthers continue district play with road games at Brady on Friday and Florence on Monday.
