For two decades, Paint the Town’s plein air painting competition has attracted some of the finest plein air artists, all eager to paint the scenic landscapes, charming downtown streets, and vibrant natural beauty that make the Texas Hill Country unique. On Saturday, April 12, Paint the Town will ouer interactive activities for families with the Kids’ Creative Corner, sponsored by the Highland Arts Guild & Gallery. Another exciting event happening on Saturday is the Quick-Draw Competition, where participants have just 90 minutes to recreate a bustling Downtown Marble Falls scene. This high-energy contest is open to the general public for a $15 entry fee. Spectators can watch as artists race to capture the essence of the town in record time.
