The Llano Chamber of Commerce marked a century of celebrating local achievements at its 100th Annual Llano Community Awards Banquet, held on January 28th, 2025, at the John L. Kuykendall Event Center. The evening was filled with heartfelt recognition, community spirit, and a look back at Llano’s rich history of fostering growth and excellence.
The Mardi Gras themed gala honored the individuals, businesses, and organizations that have shaped and supported the Llano community. The venue was adorned with all things purple, yellow and green - the official colors of Mardi Gras, and the menu included Cajun staples like gumbo and shrimp. The Bat City Brass Band brought lively entertainment.
