Sylvestre Sicario Quinonez fought Oct. 12 and won a Texas Title in the super welterweight division by unanimous decision. With the win, he advanced his record to 8-0. He represents the Texas Hill Country and they call him “The Boy from the Hills.”
He is trained by world renowned trainer Robert Garcia, his father Sylvestre Quinonez and Art Garcia. Sylvestre and his father started training in Johnson City when he was 15 years old. With over 56 amateur fights, Sylvestre is a upcoming top prospect with bright future ahead.
